I sold a phone 2 months ago advertising as tied to EE. The buyer contacted me a week ago saying they could not get on with it and tried to sell it on Music Magpie. M magpie refused to return the phone to the buyer. Buyer contacted me. I pointed out sold clearly tied to EE. I checked this with EBay and was told it was out of Ebay guarantee period. Now discovered Pay Pal have put a good on the amount I sold the phone for. What should I do?

Wait for paypals decision, if they find in the buyers favour then normally they have to return the phone back to you first.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
