Hi there, I was permanently limited due to a misunderstanding. Is there a way to appeal this?

I was recently frauded (user chargebcaked a large volume of disputes, over $500 USD) and PayPal's safety regulations limited my account permanently. Is there anything I can do?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
