I recently bought a product and it turns out it was counterfeit l, the seller has offered me a refund and on my account it says that a refund will be sent when the seller had received the returned item. Does this mean PayPal have his funds and are waiting for me to send. I’m very confused and I wanna make sure that I get my refund. All help appreciated.
