Hi, Thanks for your reply. I really appreciatte it. And thanks for your advice. I will do ask to their Facebook. Another question is, after our account permanantly limit and I create new PayPal account. Will my name be blacklisted forever?
If its a permanent ban then the ban is on you and not just your paypal account so any other paypal accounts you try and open would be limited as well unfortunately.
