My paypal is under limitation i provided the information needed but i cant send money to anyone im facing many problens like my friend send me money it goes to on hold while they couldnt be able to send via friends and family. Also now the limitation . I made this account to sell and buy items in an online games tho. And the id i sent is my lebanese id because i dont have german id till now and im from lebanon.
