Yeah so basically my account got hacked into and i want to delete it to stay secure but I can't because the account is limited, and I can't send in ID because I only have a permit not a state ID.
PayPal, I violated Terms of Service, so can you please ban my account? for real. I need it deleted to keep my bank account safe.
