I've just found a very helpful website which is extremely outspoken about PayPal and about its failure to protect customers from fraud

It has details of a US lawsuit, and I would suggest anyone posting about refusal to act on unauthorised transactions would check my other post and contact me with a view to working on a UK lawsuit in 2021.
