I bought an item that sounded too good to be true but I believed it because it was a sponsored vendor on Facebook market. Directly after I looked up reviews and every one is calling them scammed. I tried contacting the seller but the email they have doesn't exist anymore. I cant cancel this type of payment it says. So what am I supposed to do? PayPal support is a robot that dont let me do anything.

In general, once a transaction has been completed, you would not be able to cancel it. However, if you don't receive the item you bought, or if you receive an item that is not as described, you can dispute the payment within 180 days from the purchase date. Here is how:
