Hello guys. Need some help. How can i restore my account? It says i cant use my paypal account permanently. I have some money there? How can i withdraw it?

I regret that you have experienced a permanent limitation. When our review team deems it necessary to limit an account permanently, it is because of an evaluation of all of the information available. Any funds on the account will be held for up to 180 days as per the User Agreement. You will be notified via email once the funds are eligible for withdrawal.
