Help!

I have been asked over 10 times now to submit a photo ID and a selfie for facial recognition to prove I am using my own account. I sell on depop which goes through PayPal to give me money for what I sell. I am low income and make all my money on this app. I am not having to wait 24 hours for EVERY transaction I have even though my proof has been approved twice. I’m frustrated that no one is helping on the phone and the messaging center did not remember what they were helping me with. The only thing I can think of is 1. Their facial recognition program does not accurately work and is a port choice and 2. My address is not the same on my license as on my bank account as I have since moved. Help! What do I do?
