I ordered a weight bench and paid with PayPal. Seller sent a different bench than I ordered. I refused the delivery and had it returned to seller. Seller would not refund money so I appealed to PayPal. They ruled against me! Help me understand how to straighten this mess out! Amount is 136.75.
