Its past 180 days that ive waited but still can't access my funds . what do i do ?

I am sorry to hear that your funds have not been released after the 180-day timeframe has expired. In a situation like this, I would double-check to see when the limitation may have been placed, or when the last payment received was. It could be that 180 days have not passed yet. If they did, it could be that we need more information from you before your funds are released. Usually, we ask for a photo ID and for a proof of address document. To see if this is the case, please check the email you received when the limitation was placed.
