Hi, I have a restriction on my account as my current bank card was replaced due to fraudulent activity. PayPal are asking me to provide them with a statement that ends in the last 4 numbers of that card. In the U.K our debit card statement do not have card numbers only credit card statements do. I keep getting the same response. Which is to provide them with this statement. Does anyone know how I speak to a human in this company?
