My Paypal account was hacked and I found out two days later when I checked my bank account. I called and I talked to real person from PayPal and in emails stating that told them my PayPal account was hacked and I had unauthorized charges and I gave them the info they needed, even sent the screenshots to PayPal PayPal told me that the charges were authorized. The two companies that showed up I never even heard of them. PayPal refuses to refund me. What do I need to do
