Ok, so I’m a college student who got PayPal so that my parents could help me pay for college. Recently tuition was due so they sent me $2,500. However, as I’m 18, PayPal locked my account, not allowing me to send, deposit, or even refund that money. Now not only is my tuition overdue, but there is 2500 dollars that I can’t do anything with, and I can’t get any help because they’ve locked down and limited my account. Does anyone have any idea on what I can do?
