Hi my account was block and they sent this email and does no let me take out my money “ After a review, we decided to permanently limit your account as we found a potential risk associated with it. You will not be able to do any more business with PayPal. If you have money in your PayPal balance, we will hold it for up to 180 days. After that period, we will send you an email with information on how to access your funds.
