Has anyone been able to directly speak with a customer representative during the Covid 19 pandemic? I had some account fraud where almost $1000 was taken and I can’t get a hold of anyone to help me!

Welcome to the Community Forum! Though our response times may be delayed, be assured we’re here. Due to Covid -19 we limited customer staffing support. Basing on your post , there is an account fraud where almost $1000 was taken from your account. If this is the case, you may 

let  us know right away in the Resolution Center   so we can have it investigated.
