Hello I made a transaction for shoes on a website online. I paid using PayPal as guest before making an account. I have not received the item I ordered and it has been over a month. What should I do now? I want my money back because I believe this website is fraudulent.
Since you mentioned that this was a guest transaction, no worries, you can still have it disputed with PayPal. Kindly contact the PayPal customer service to have it distributed. Kindly be reminded first of the things below.
1. Make sure to have the card number that you used in making the purchase so the transaction can be located.
2. Kindly have the date and the amount of the transaction with you.
