Someone just moved 412 dolars by using my account. It was sent from someone and then 10 minutes later sent to someone else. however then i recieved an email that I now owe paypal 412 dolars when i have had no activity in the past month

I am sorry about your issue. Please, if you notice a transaction that you didn’t authorise, let us know right away.

To report an unauthorised transaction:

1. Go to Resolution Center.
2. Click Dispute a Transaction.
3. Select Unauthorised transaction and click Continue.
4. Follow the steps to report the transaction.

Remember, you’re protected against unauthorised transactions sent from your account. In addition, run a full scan for viruses on any device you currently use and change the password of your email address. Once you have done it, please change the password and the security questions of your PayPal account in your Settings > Security.
