I ordered something that I needed immediately (an AC for Fathers Day). After I ordered it I realized it was from China and I wouldn’t it for weeks! I immediately tried to cancel the order. Seller wouldn’t respond. I kept emailing. Finally, weeks later, they responded and said it was already shipped. (They has just shipped it weeks later) I started a dispute and was declined.I received the items (I ordered two) and they were both busted. I have emailed the seller and they won’t respond. I’ve tried to open a dispute and PayPal is rejecting every attempt. Messaging doesn’t work. I got a notice to call PayPal but they don’t supply a phone number. These were two, poor quality personal AC’s and they are broken. I believe I should receive a refund but can’t get help from PayPal. Any suggestions?
