Help withdrawing money to bank

Basically, a few weeks ago my account got limited due to me being underage and they said I could withdraw the money in my account when it becomes available(no longer pending) and today the first of my payments became available and I tried withdrawing to my bank but it would not let me saying there is a problem with my account. What do I do please help!

Unlikely you can withdraw funds from an underage account.

You would have to wait 180 days and even then only as long as you are 18 at that time.

I phoned PayPal and they said I should be able to withdraw the funds, I also received an email saying any funds I have in my account I can withdraw, think I just have to phone PayPal again and ask them to withdraw my funds to my bank
