Hey all of a sudden my account has seized up and is asking me to verify my identity again. I think it could be because me and my friend were sharing a prepaid gift card and he said his account is having trouble aswell. How can i get full access to my account again
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
