Hi, I am currently trying to issue a refund to an unhappy buyer, however, when I attempt I have an error code from PayPal saying I cannot transfer funds due to a negative balance in my PayPal account. Were funds already transferred from PayPal to the buyer and now I owe PayPal? I am confused and every time I go to add money to my PayPal account, it cannot be transferred. Please help! 🙂
