Help with refund

I bought prints on eBay but they are not 19th century as described. 
unfortunately I was away and received them over a month after they were sent when I got home.

ebay said they can’t do any thing as it’s more than 30days ago that’s I received them.. But as I wasn’t home I can only react now when I have actually seen them.
please can anyone help how to deal with this and return them to get a full refund even though it’s over 30 days. 🙏.

Thank will do. It goes to the vendor... thee message. Will get onto PayPal if negative response from vendor.
