Long story short! I was living in Romania when opened my PayPal account then with the pandemic I came back to my country and started a business for which I needed a PayPal account but since it is register to Romania it wasn’t possible therefore opened a new one with new email address. I tried to transfer all my funds from old to new account and got a limit message. Was asked to submit proof of ID to lift the limit and when I did... PayPal replied saying my account was being closed for good yet my remaining funds are still in it. Why would they even bother to ask for documentation if they’re gonna close it anyway??? All I need is to transfer the rest of my money and close the old account for good. I insist that being a cash platform, the customer service should be more available to the public and not just able to send them an email to wait 48 hrs for response when someone could be in serious/immediate need of their cash. Any advise on how to sort this out?
