I entered credit card information for a purchase only to receive a receipt it was processed through PayPal. I have sent message upon message through the PayPal message assistant with no response. I really need contact information to speak with someone at PayPal to stop the processing of this bogus payment.
lack of response and attention is poor customer service.

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......
1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you (difficult at the moment due to covid)
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
Advice is voluntary.
