Help with a closed case

Hello so I opened a case a few days ago over the fact a store was refusing to give me a refund for items. They put wrong addresses on my items so some of them I don’t even have and the ones I did get I returned which u have proof of postage off. However I haven’t received a refund for any of these. I opened a claim and the store then texted me saying they was issuing a refund for me which I then decided to close the case. However I have closed the case and still not received a refund from them and they are now ignoring me. What can I do to reopen the case

If you had to close a case to get a refund then it would be pointless opening one.
NEVER close a dispute / claim until you have a refund.
If the seller issued a refund then that would close the dispute automatically.
If he doesn't escalate to a claim.
Do not close it or he can ignore you and you can't open a second dispute OR re-open a closed one.
