Help with Think Tech Sales

I made a complaint through PayPal and lost my dispute. I sucked it up took and paid for the the goods that I did not order. It's is happening again I've been sent an invoice for items not ordered amounting to $190.93. It's too stressful I cannot go through this again. Think Tech won't answer their phones. Where do I go from here?
