I sent a document as my proof of address which was rejected on the basis of it not having an issuing date, but it does, it’s just hard to see and handwritten (as is customary in Italy.) I sent an email asking for a double check using the Contact Us email form and all I got was an automated response and no help. Is there an actual way to let the people checking documents that the document I provided does have an issuing date and therefore should be admitted? TIA
