Please help. I requested two refunds from a seller who promised digital access to items on her website that she did not ultimately even have (sewing patterns and instructional videos). I have requested a refund and Paypal closed my claims saying the seller provided proof of shipping and delivery (this was for another actual product that I purchased on her site)!! My claims have nothing to do with shipping. Her site did not have the items available that I paid to have access to. This should be a simple claim!!! The seller sent me threats this morning (which I saved) and I wish I could show them to Paypal. She is vile and fraudulent. How do I get someone to listen? Thank you for your help.
