I checked my bank checking account balance this morning and noticed a very large "PayPal Transfer". I checked my PayPal account and it shows a "Transfer from Bank" initiated a couple days ago, but still a couple days from "Arrival". Unlike every other PayPal transactions, I've received zero communication in my email account about it. I have no idea how it happened.
Am I correct in assuming the funds are being moved from my bank checking account to my PayPal account? It doesn't make sense that a fraudster would transfer my own money from my checking account to a PayPal account I also own? Any idea about what's going on?
PayPal's customer service is basically non-existent. Thank you for your help in understanding this.
