Help to close a case/claim

Hiya, I have 2 open cases in resolution centre at the moment and the item for one of them, which is being reviewed by PayPal currently, arrived in the post today so I am trying to close the case. On the one that is still in dispute there is a button at the bottom of the page to cancel claim or change claim type but this button does not appear anywhere on the page for the one I want to cancel. Any ideas why?

Probably because it is under review status. Contact customer service to have them close the dispute:

Click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Thank you for that I will message them about it. I think they should really keep the buttons on all claims just in case it is resolved last minute 🤔 x
