Locate the payment transactions in your activity page, click on it and click on "report a problem" to file a dispute. If you have any automatic payments set up and forgotten about go to your account settings > payment > manage automatic payments. Click on a merchant and click Cancel. Secure your device, apps by logging out of them, change passwords.
