Hello, I am trying withdraw funds from my PayPal account, however I am unable to add my bank account as it had been added to the maximum number of account (3). I am only able to access one of these former accounts but it is permanently limited and I am currently unable to close it.
Could someone tell me what to do so I can withdraw the funds to my bank account?
