Help please

I have a screen shot of a transaction of purchase through PayPal however it's not listed under my activity so I can't dispute there fraudulent company what do I do

Welcome to the Community! 

It sounds like your transaction may have processed as a guest checkout. A guest checkout occurs when you make a purchase without logging into your account. To report a problem, I recommend contacting Customer Support. You can contact Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available through Facebook private message or Twitter direct message.
