At what point is ok to escalate my issue to PayPal? I have to give the seller 20 days and it seems that 2” days ends the same day PayPal tells me they will close my case and thereby I have no chance for a refund. I can’t POSSIBLY speak to a human and cannot get ANY HELP! I’m tired. The seller is a scam. I’m not going to receive my order, I am convinced, and I just want a chance at a refund. If the deadline to escalate my claim to PayPal is December 23, and the 20 days I’m supposed to allow the seller to communicate falls on December 23, WHEN IS IT PROPER FOR ME TO ESCALATE TO PAYPAL????
