Payment was taken from my PayPal account for an item that I’ve purchased on line.

The site I’ve bought the item says I’ve placed no order? Help please.

Locate payment transaction in your PayPal account activity, click it, then click "Report a problem" to file an Item Not Received (INR) dispute. You may have to wait at least 7 days from date of payment before filing a dispute.
