Help please

Hi I have been having this problem on PayPal over a week now, it seems PayPal can't confirm the documents I've been sending them to confirm my identity, my cash is freeze on PayPal now since I can't access or send any cash. Any one have a knowledge how to fix it?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
