Can anyone help? I ordered an item and they could not guarantee delivery. I therefore asked for a refund and they agreed. They refunded in full and I ordered from the UK, delivered next day. The first company shipped the goods anyway and are now asking for me to either ship to another customer or pay half price ? What can I do ?
