I ordered last October 19, 2018 from a site called <Removed>, I filed a dispute from Paypal this year as i have not received the item even after 3 months. I have given the Tracking code and all details needed by Paypal to see the status of my order. But then today I have received an email from them that my dispute has been closed since they said that they have received shipment tracking from the merchant confirming that the merchandise was delivered. But then in previous emails and conversations It has been said on the Tracking that its being delivered to the "Philippine Office since Jan 5, 2019". No update there that the item was received or delivered to me. This site is a complete scam even lying on emails to me and in Paypal.
Please help on how to raise this concern to Paypal and that their decision is wrong.
