I have a limitation on our account, which Paypal asks us to fill our company Beneficial Owners' information in and tried it, but unfortunately it was failed. I have filled in all the information correctly, which are same as the information in our company house account, but Paypal website always popped up this message as follows: personal.mpds_biz_property_stakeholder_count_mismatch. I also tried to contact the Paypal customer services by telephone, but they are very difficulty to reach due to the COVID-19 period. I just wonder if anybody can shed a light to help to sort out the problem please? Any advice would be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
