I’m in search of advice. I purchased 4 vintage rookie baseball cards from a seller through Facebook using my PayPal balance. The cards I received were obvious fakes although the seller told me they were authentic before I purchased. At this point I just want to return the cards, get my money back, and move on from this crooked seller, but the seller is telling me no returns are allowed. I already opened the cases with PayPal and notified USPS since fraud was committed, but I’m concerned that PayPal could somehow rule in the seller’s favor since already a week has gone by. Do any of you have any experience with something like this. What are the odds that I’m out of all of my money?
