Help me!

Hello, can you please clarify whether my problem has been eliminated, whether the person who made the transactions on my behalf from my card and from your page has been blocked, will the money be returned to me or not? Write me if you can get some answer. Sincerely N.Oshakmashvili.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
