Someone as been using my PayPal to play online bingo what can I do

Change password if you can and contact customer services:
Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
If you are locked out of your account:
Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US, the select the PAYPAL GUEST option.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
