I buy some thing with paypal, and want return that, my case close on Jan/8. I have shipped and the seller received item back but not refund my money back , so what i need to do now!! Please telll me step by step !!!

Did you win the claim and did paypal tell you to return the item and if so did you do so trackable and provide tracking details to paypal?
