Help me please!!!

I got an email a month ago saying that in order for me to receive my money I need to submit more info. I called and the lady said I only need to give her my SSN and so I did and still PayPal won't let me receive my money. I've tried chatting with a customer service person and they told me that in the resolution center it'll take me to what I need to submit but when I go in the Resolution Center it says I have 0 cases. Another person said that it should be in my notifications, however, when I'm on the app it does say in my notifications that I need to submit more information but that I need to use a computer, so I log in on my computer ut when I click the notifications in PayPal it says I have 0 messages. I'm so confused, I just need my money 😭
