hello i made my account 3 days ago. i setup my email,name,bank,address,phone number. i verified my email and all.
i made my account and i go to my wallet and click transfer funds/withdraw so i can add money from my bank but whenever i clicked the button, it shows this https://prnt.sc/1063ztp
and after seeing this i checked my address and all of that and yet i still get this problem i am having trouble fixing this i even made a brand new email to see if it was my email that was making things go weird but in that brand new account it also said the same thing.
i look online and a lot of them talk about limitations which i have none i also check the resolution center which shows nothing and i am very confused.
i don't know whats causing this problem but if you could help me i will be very glad. thanks.
