My problem is regarding the transaction ID 24X76992MW3092517 , Is a payment i just done and the seller is fraudlent . The seller sold to a hole Facegroup group 20 times the same item (67£ ) you guys have same complains about the same seller for sure if someone check the system.
On your website on the Resolution Center area is not available to be to open a dispute on this case , you guys just recoomend me to send a email to the seller. The seller is not responding any email from the 20 people she stolen and she already cancel her facebook account.
How can i get my money back ?
