Help me I got Scammed

Hello I paid for a service and confirmed payment as the seller asked me to confirm it, then he blocked me and I didn't get my request I opened a case for refund and the PayPal refused it What can I do in this case

Unfortunately, you confirmed receipt to release funds when you did not receive the service so you can’t win item not received dispute. You can try a credit card chargeback but no guarantees you will that either.

Try opening a chargeback if you paid with credit card anyway. Or appeal the PayPal case if you did not pay with credit card.
