Help i cant use my paypal account

It is said that i have reached the limit to update my profile to avoid this problem.

but the thing is i already uploaded what they asked for about 2 months ago, and it is stated that they will get back to me but they never did.

now i recieved an email about that and i cant use my paypal anymore.

its duedate of my bills, 😞 i need this fixed
